1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tk gem platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tk gem platform. tk gem reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on the tk gem platform, the following conditions must be met:

4. A user may not open more than one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, household, address or IP address, they may be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account at tk gem. tk gem reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit the balance if registration is completed using false or misleading information. Members must notify the support team immediately if any details provided at registration change.

3.2 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password and account secure. You are liable for all activity carried out using your account. Never share your password or OTP with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk gem follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe environment. Members may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document before making a withdrawal or at any stage of use. Withdrawals may be put on hold until document verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at tk gem:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).

Deposits must always be made from a payment account registered in your own name as it appears on your account. Use of third-party accounts or cards is prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in the deposit being returned and an investigation into the account. Cryptocurrency and any other methods not listed are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tk gem offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. Please familiarise yourself with the terms of the specific promotion before claiming a bonus.

1. Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
2. Weekly Reload Bonus: 50% bonus on any single deposit per week, up to ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement.
3. Friday Special Offer: 75% bonus on eligible deposits every Friday, up to ৳15,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.
4. Cricket Festival Bonus: 60% bonus on deposits into cricket markets, up to ৳12,000, with a 22x wagering requirement.
5. Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward on the birthday registered on your account, with a 15x wagering requirement.
6. Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral, with an 18x wagering requirement.

Bonuses are never direct cash. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. tk gem reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus. If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the associated bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

The tk gem VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid each week at a set rate based on the member's net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated from total weekly net losses (total bets placed minus total winnings). VIP tier upgrades are based on regular and active play. Cashback amounts and VIP benefits are subject to change — contact the support team for the latest information.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Abusing or manipulating bonus promotions.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using computer programs, bots or automated systems.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or disrespecting other members or staff.
• Providing false information to bypass the identity verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

All content on the tk gem platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11 Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability

If a game is left incomplete or a discrepancy in results occurs due to internet connectivity issues, server outages or any other technical fault, tk gem will resolve the matter in accordance with the data recorded by the relevant game provider. tk gem is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions.

If a bet is placed on odds or payouts that were displayed incorrectly due to an error, tk gem reserves the right to void that bet and return the original deposit amount.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

tk gem may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to submit documents for identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Concerns relating to financial security or legitimacy.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any active bonus at the time of closure will be cancelled, and the verified original balance will be returned.

14 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
